EnTech Supply represents manufacturers and distributors of safety, environmental,
gas detection, and
energy saving products. |
|
| Our company processes and tracks your orders, and provides
customer service. Our manufacturers and distributors ship
nationwide, and will invoice (or
charge) your orders direct. All products are
new, unused. We do not sell used or refurbished items. |
|
| Most of the products we wholesale are in
stock, and orders processed before 11:00 AM PST typically ship the same
day. Inventory levels do fluctuate, however,
and ship dates quoted are estimates only. |
|
|
New accounts should allow extra time for order processing. |
|
| There is
typically no freight charge for shipping stock items
via UPS ground to customers within the
contiguous U.S. It is the customer's
responsibility to ensure that authorized personnel are available to
receive an order upon delivery. |
|

PRODUCT WARRANTY |
|
|
All products are warranted by the manufacturer.
The limited manufacturer warranties are as follows: |

Bacharach CO Testers and Combustion
Analyzers: 1-2 Years |
|
Euroclean HEPA Vacuums: 2-3
Years |
|
Pro-Tech Carbon Monoxide Alarms:
5 Years |
|
|
Please contact the manufacturer direct for
warranty service. EnTech Supply does not provide warranty service. |

RETURN POLICY |
|
|
All products must be new, unused, and have a
pre-approved Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA) before returning
to our manufacturers or distributors. |
|
|
All materials returned must: |
|
1. Be undamaged and resellable |
|
2. Be in the manufacturer's original
packaging |
|
3. Include all documentation |
|
4. Include all accessories |
|
5. Be returned within 14 days of
invoice date |
|
|
If your item is defective upon receipt, and
you notify us within 14 days of the invoice date, we will arrange for
UPS to pickup the defective unit from you at the supplier's expense. Our
supplier will ship you a new unit at no charge as soon as they receive
the defective unit back. |
|
|
Any items returned for non-warranty issues
will be subject to pre-approval by the supplier and a restocking fee of 20%. Customer is responsible for
return freight. We recommend shipping via UPS, insured. |
|
|
Products that have been subjected to
hazardous materials (i.e. HEPA vacuums and asbestos, lead, etc.) cannot
be returned or shipped for any reason. |
|
|
All sales are
otherwise final. |
